If you do not have mapped Shift+Enter to opening Explorer window with that directory's content. :)

Hi t-rex, new version is really fast: opening time decreased from 3 minutes to 8 seconds (with "normal" line-ended 3 MB files it is less than 1 second) and editing works nearly as fast as in "normal" file. Thanks. With Colorer opening the file is still slow (1 minute), but moving...

docertabum: WinSCP plugin supports SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol), which is not the same as SSL FTP . Have a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FTPS

Hi,
i cannot replicate this behavior with 2259... As soon as i release Ctrl or Alt or Shift key, editor shows back promptly.
btw: What is this shortcut good for? Just for looking at console?

There is a FTP plugin. Choose it in Alt+F1 (Alt+F2) dialogue window. After opening it, add new ftp session by Shift+F4.

Command line interface comes with windows OS, doesn't have anything to do with FAR.

I tried Direct Directory plugin, and all saved dirs (I mean added in the list by Ins key) remained in the list after I've restarted FAR.
