$While with strings

Hi

I need a while loop to loop as long as two strings are diffrent like this:
$While ( %string1 != %string2) do somthing $End

But it don't work for me, anyway to do this?

Sorry for the delay I have two Windows XPs that use the same FAR files in my main windows XP the deadkeys don't work, in my secundary windows XP I have to press the dead key twice and then I get two symbols.

I haven't checked what the diffrence is.

How to access menu title and item within a macro?

Empty forum, Hmm nobody else using macros? Hi I wanted to automate testing archives so I started making a macro to automatically press enter on MultiArcs "Test archive" command. But I wanted it to make sure it was the "Test archive" command but I cant find a way to find this info...

Data and time not displayd in ZIP archives in FAR RC 2083

Hi

Using the new FAR and entering an Zip archive I don't see any date or time info, RAR seems to work correctly.

And another thing my custom "Custom.ini" file in MultiArc\Formats dir was overwritten I hope this is a bug too.
