Is it possible to configure Far manager to show
leading shash ['\' ASCII(92)] character for directory entries
and space [' ' ASCII(32)] character for ordinary files?
If it is possible, also it would be great
to show asterisk ['*' ASCII(42)] for 'executable' files.
The reason for this mode is ability to distingiush
directory entries and ordinary files in black and white mode .
Example:
\Program Files
\WINNT
IO.SYS
MSDOS.SYS
*NTDETECT.COM
Leading slash (\) in directory names. How?
Thank You.
It is exactly what I need.
I created two groups:
Match file mask: *.*
Include attributes: Folder
Optional character to mark: "\"
Match file mask: *.*
Exclude attributes: Folder
Optional character to mark: " "
╔══════ Files highlighting ══════╗
║ "\" │ .....F. │ ....... │ *.* ║
║ " " │ ....... │ .....F. │ *.* ║
