I would find it useful if it were possible to temporarily override the Delete to Recycle Bin setting by holding down the Shift key while initiating the delete operation.
For example, if Delete to Recycle Bin is currently enabled, the user would be able to bypass the Recycle Bin by pressing Shift+F8 (or by holding down the Shift key while clicking the Delete button in the key bar).
Similarly, if the Delete to Recycle Bin is disabled, the user would be able to use the Recycle Bin for a specific delete operation by pressing Shift+F8 (or holding down Shift while clicking Delete).
Shift to override Recycle Bin setting during Delete
you can bind this simple macros to ShiftF8:

Left
Enter
Enter
Down
Space
CtrlEnter
%result=msgbox("Delete","Do you wish to delete the file\n"+APanel.Current,0x40000);
$If(%result==1)
F8
Enter
$If(Dialog)
Enter
$If(Dialog)
Esc
msgbox("Error","Some error occured",1)
$End
$End
F9
End
Left

CtrlEnter
$Else
