thanks for these links and suggestions.

However, given that there is always an uncertainty that the PlugIns do not work or (as in my case) they are not intended to that what I want, I am not sure if I will have time to play around with the other two PlugIns.

At least the S&R sub-plugin named Transliterate works and has enough documentation. To play (around) or not to play is always up to you.

Have you tried the Transliterate in batch mode by yourself? Does it really work?

1. You'd have spent less time trying than have spent inquiring.
2. What do you mean by batch mode? S&R operates on many files on single launch.
