Serious Display Problem

First time runnin', an' it looks like this. What's goin' on here?
Windows XP, for the record.

Cool :) You probably have some weird font selected for the console.

My suggestion is that R uses some problematic Eastern codepage, like Chinese.

What is the sequence of steps that causes this to occur?

What happens if you press Alt+F9 when this occurs? What happens if you press it a second time?

After press alt+F9, it only enlarge windows itself. The unstructured view still retain there...

I just install Farmanager normally. During the installation progress, I just only press "Next" by "Next". Then done the installation.

Additional Info of my system
Dell Dimension 8250
Windows XP SP2
Intel Pentium 4 2.66ghz
256 RD-RAM
